Santa Lucia at
2934 SE Morrison, Porland, Oregon is an 8-unit building recently restored

gas furnaces. The building retains many original Victorian features,
including ornamental plaster ceiling medallions, woodwork, high ceilings,
clawfoot tubs, fireplaces and colored glass windows. The location
is very close to downtown, OHSU and John's Landing. Bus service is
excellent. The site is large and includes a sloping, woodland lawn.
