The first step to rent an apartment from us is to arrange a showing of the apartment in person. If you like the apartment you may fill out and submit an application form. We have application forms available. You will need to supply us credit information and past rental history. Some general rental policies that we maintain are:We rent month-to-month, with 30-days' notice, but there is a fee for tenancies less than one year.
Move-in costs include first- and last-month's rent plus cleaning fee, lock fee and a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable.
At Santa Lucia, you pay the utility directly for heat (gas), electricity, phone and cable TV. We provide hot water, water/sewer, and garbage. DSL service on the building network is available for a modest fee.
At Corbett, you pay the utility directly for heat (gas), phone and cable TV. We charge a pro-rata fee for electricity. We provide hot water, water/sewer, and garbage.
Pets may be permitted, on a case-by-case basis. A deposit will be required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings.
